COVID-19 PROCEDURES

Raleigh Health & Wellness Center would like to provide a peaceful and therapeutic space for care during this time, all the while ensuring that our patients and practitioners remain safe.

Raleigh Health & Wellness Center will adhere to the following guidelines provided by Wake County, the NC Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Raleigh Health & Wellness Center will reassess and if required readjust procedures weekly.

Upon Arrival and Preparation for the Visit

​

Patients will enter the front door of the building and will have their temperature taken by a touchless thermometer. 

Patients and visitors entering the facility, regardless of symptoms, will be required to put on a clean cloth face covering or facemask before upon entering the building and await screening for fever and symptoms of COVID-19.

Patients will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entering the clinic. The clinic sink is also available to use at any time to wash hands.

​

Patients will also be asked to complete a short COVID-19 specific screening questionnaire. 

We will take steps to ensure everyone adheres to respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette, hand hygiene.

The patient and practitioner will be required to wear a mask for the duration of the visit.

A detailed cleaning schedule and safety and operational manual is available to all patients upon request.
