JESS TAYLOR

Jess Taylor is an intuitive bodyworker. She practices deep listening with her clients which means observing their body language, energy field, and listening to the client’s story and presenting symptoms. Each session is guided by the client’s individual body and system, rather than a strict ‘one size fits all’ practice. In working this way, Jess practices deep stillness in her sessions as well as moving into rhythmic massage. She has the ability to be guided to deeper core issues and patterns that may be at the root cause of the symptoms her clients are seeking relief from.

Jess has had great success working with clients suffering from general stress and anxiety, depression, PTSD, insomnia, headaches, edema/swelling/inflammation, Fibromyalgia and other connective tissue disorders, emotional difficulties, TMJ discomfort, sinus issues, post-dental/orthodontic work, pre and post-surgery care, Parkinson’s Disease accidents/falls/injury, pelvic pain, neck and back pain, frozen shoulder, vertigo, tinnitus, Plantar Fasciitis, and more.

Each session includes a check-in time to assess your goals. The treatment is customized to meet your needs and may include one or more of these techniques:

Swedish Massage

Reflexology and Acupressure

Cupping Therapy

Lymphatic Massage

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

Reiki

Qigong
